These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RevelWright, operated by RevelWright LLC, a Washington State limited liability company ("RevelWright," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the service at revelwright.com, you agree to these Terms.
If you are using RevelWright on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
RevelWright is an AI-powered campaign management platform for tabletop roleplaying game Dungeon Masters and Game Masters. The service includes session debriefing tools, prep assistance, world-building features, player management, and AI-generated content suggestions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or that violate these Terms.
RevelWright offers a free tier with limited features and a paid Pro subscription. Subscription pricing and features are described on our pricing page at revelwright.com/pricing.
You retain ownership of all campaign content, session notes, character data, and other material you create in RevelWright ("Your Content").
By using the service, you grant RevelWright a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the service to you. This includes sending your content to third-party AI providers to generate suggestions and responses.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. You agree not to use RevelWright to store or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the intellectual property of others.
We do not claim ownership of Your Content and we do not use it to train AI models.
RevelWright uses AI to generate content suggestions including session summaries, prep ideas, NPC descriptions, and player recaps. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point for your own creative work.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for your campaign. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI suggestions before use. RevelWright makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content.
Content generated by RevelWright's AI features is intended for your personal use at the table, not for commercial publication.

RevelWright and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RevelWright LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The RevelWright name, logo, and brand are trademarks of RevelWright LLC.
Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written permission.
Your use of RevelWright is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at revelwright.com/privacy. By using the service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
RevelWright is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RevelWright LLC and its members, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to RevelWright in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@revelwright.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington State.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may notify you by email. Continued use of RevelWright after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
